If your site does not have the copyright symbol on it, And your content gets copyed that is once again not our problem. 

Site Violations 

Wacky Hosting. Is a professional company hence, we do not take "bullcrap" on our servers. This is simply put that if you mess up the first time your acct will be suspended for 1 day the second time this happens it will be 4 days. On the 3rd time it will be deleted from our servers. We do not have to notify you before this happens but as we are a professional company we will.

We remove all accounts if you didn't pay your invoice within 5 days. We are able to remove all accounts under your name, and all data will be removed without any backups provided for you. Risk Of Loss

DATA BACKUPS
All data kept on the servers is the responsibility of the account holder, in no terms will Wacky Hosting be held responsible for loss or damage to any websites, The Cpanel software that we utilize gives account holders the opportunity to back up there own accounts and we recommend our accounts holders do this on a regular occasion as we cannot be held responsible to unforseen circumstances. 
If your account should fall subject to data loss or damage then we will do our utmost to help you but we are not liable for your data nor the content on your website and may not have a backup dated to the last time a change was made. 

THIS IS THE RULE OF WACKY HOSTING THAT ALTHOUGH WE WILL HELP WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SITE/CONTENT 

Abuse 

All items from Wacky Hosting are required to resolve ALL abuse reports within 12hours. Some reports will be required to resolve within a time frame which is set by Wacky Hosting and is final. By resolved we mean the actions have been taken that are required. Resolved is in no way a reply saying the parties involved are looking into it. If we don’t receive a reply within that time we reserve the right to suspend or remove the item(s) from our network dependent on the discretion of the member of staff dealing with the abuse report and other parties involved. All abuse that isn’t resolved will be required to pay a fee dependent on the service taken with Wacky Hosting and the type of Abuse. We reserve the right to edit/change/delete any files/accounts which are involved in disputes 

Abuse is classed as but not limited to: Copyright Infringement, Unsolicited Email, Email Bombing, Proxy Email (SPAM), UseNet SPAM, Illegal Use, Child Pornography, Threats & Harassment, Fraudulent Activities, Denial of Service, Terrorist Websites, Distribution of Malware, Phishing, HYIP(High Yield Investment Plans) or Ponzi Schemes. 

Refunds & Disputes

All services rendered by Wacky Hosting are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: setup fees, one time fees, monthly service fees, upgrade fees, additional service fees, administrative fees, and late fees. Customers seeking to resolve billing errors are instructed to open an ticket inside the Customer support portal located at http://www.wackyhosting.net/billing . Customer agrees not to chargeback any credit card payments for services rendered. A chargeback of payment for services rendered will result in an additional charge of £150 and will be subject to collection by an authorized collection agency. 

Site Policies & Modifications 

Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Wacky Hosting. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
